Warwick Dalziel Coaching Philosophy

Sick, injured or unhappy athletes do not go fast!

The focus of Warwick’s coaching philosophy is to provide the tools, support and an environment for the person doing the activity of triathlon to thrive.

Tools for the athletes to use could be provided in multiple areas including mechanics, physiology, load management, psychology, tactics, logistical support, medical management, to name a few – this will be working on the simplest and easiest way for the athlete to improve progressing that component.

For Warwick learning is a life long passion and all experiences give the coach and the athlete an opportunity to learn to continually adjust and progress.
